This Privacy Policy applies to the following applications (collectively referred to as the "Applications"):

• LumaLens: Eye Care
• LumaLens: Eye Care Pro Unlocker

1. Zero-Telemetry Commitment

The Applications are built with a privacy-first, zero-telemetry philosophy. We believe that your device activity should remain private. The Applications do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, usage statistics, or device identifiers.

2. Data Collection and Usage

We do not have access to any information that can identify you.

• Accessibility Service API: This permission is required structurally to draw the subpixel hardware filter overlay (`TYPE_ACCESSIBILITY_OVERLAY`) seamlessly across the screen. We do not inspect, log, or transmit text on the screen, personal credentials, or any data rendered through the service; its function is entirely localized to canvas layout positioning and lifecycle tracking.
• Post Notifications (Android 13+): Used to display a persistent, low-priority status bar controller tray. This notification is essential to provide the user with clear transparency that a subpixel filter overlay is actively running in the background, as well as providing immediate shortcut toggles to adjust or stop the service.
• Ignore Battery Optimizations: Required to request exemption from aggressive OS-level background freezing mechanisms. This ensures that the high-frequency pixel shifting algorithm (`shiftRunnable`) can execute uninterrupted on its set interval timer to consistently prevent AMOLED panel burn-in.
• Package Query: Used to check for the presence of the companion Pro Unlocker application locally on the device to securely unlock premium slider parameters and custom intervals.
• Zero Network Access: This core application does not request Internet permissions. It operates as a fully sandboxed, offline utility.

3. Permissions Explained

Permissions are requested based on the specific architectural needs of each application:

For LumaLens: Eye Care (Free):

• Accessibility Service API: This permission is used solely to detect when specific applications are launched or closed. This allows the app to automatically adjust screen filters based on your per-app settings (automation). We do not collect, store, or transmit any data viewed through the Accessibility Service, nor do we use it to monitor user interaction beyond app-switching events.
• System Alert Window (Appear on Top): Required to apply visual filters and eye-care masks locally across the screen interface.
• Package Query: Used to check for the presence of the Pro Unlocker locally on your device to enable premium features.
• Zero Network Access: This version does not request Internet or Billing permissions. It is a fully offline utility.

For LumaLens: Eye Care Pro Unlocker:

• Internet & Google Play Billing: Required specifically to communicate with the Google Play Store for purchase verification, license validation, and the optional "Tip Jar" support.

4. Third-Party Services

Only the Pro Unlocker utilizes third-party services:

• Google Play Billing: All financial transactions and optional tips are processed securely by Google. We do not receive or store your payment details. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.
